Customer Service Support (Network Support)

Job Type: Full Time

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate willingness to learn more on  IT-based solutions and Complaints Resolution

Core Responsibilities

  • Attending to Customers Network complaint
  • Initiate and follow through for 1st level troubleshooting
  • Customer Care/NOC  Protocol Administration
  • Escalate customers complaints to appropriate department for further resolution of issues
  • Reporting to your supervisor and line manager on continuous basis
  • Provide information on to customers on company’s solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of Bsc or HND
  • Minimum of 1 – 3 years of work experience as a customer service network support engineer.
  • Prior Experience in an Internet Service Provider or ICT company
  • Other relevant professional qualification in customer service may be an added advantage.
