Core Responsibilities
- Attending to Customers Network complaint
- Initiate and follow through for 1st level troubleshooting
- Customer Care/NOC Protocol Administration
- Escalate customers complaints to appropriate department for further resolution of issues
- Reporting to your supervisor and line manager on continuous basis
- Provide information on to customers on company’s solutions
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of Bsc or HND
- Minimum of 1 – 3 years of work experience as a customer service network support engineer.
- Prior Experience in an Internet Service Provider or ICT company
- Other relevant professional qualification in customer service may be an added advantage.
